BRACKEN, AGT., LAS VEGAS, NEV. Los Angeles, Cal., March 28, 1911. Mr•W.H.Bancro ft, Mr.J«Ross Clark, Executive Committee. Lear Sirs: I am enclosing herewith a blue line print showing our property at Las Vegas. Hearly all of our lots at Las Vegas have been sold, at any rate nearly all of the cheaper residential lots, and I would like to suggest that an extension he made to the townsite and some more lots put on the market at price of $100,00 per lot for inside lots and $125.00 for corners, all lots to he 25 x 140 feet. I think that they can he sold at this price without the company spending any money for grading or curbing the streets, hut, of course, it would he necessary to lay water pipes to all lots put on the market. I have marked with red crosses the blocks which company houses are built on ©r are being built. The saloon blocks are marked with red circles. She railroad station is marked thus I do not know whether, if any lots were put on the market, you would wish to extend the townsite in a northeasterly or southwesterly direction. If the lots were to be sold to shop men it would be much more convenient to them if the town was extended southwesterly.
