Dear Sirs:- In response to your ^oint letter of July 13th, I enclose copy of a letter dated the 34th from Hr. Sloan, further in regard to proposed packing house for the Riverside Fruit & Packing Company, from which it will be noted that that company desires a house to cost from |4000 to fSOOO equipped with machinery, is willing to pay rental at the rate of 6$ interest on cost for a period of five years, and would like to know within ten days whether it will be agreeable to this company to build same.
