SAN PEDRO, LOS ANGELES AND SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY \ Special Committee. Dear Sirs: I enclose - to Mr. Clark- Los Angeles Division form 30, ver cost of additional machinery and changes in building occupied as packing house at Riverside, leased to John R. Westfall. X also enclose with the form, my file of papers on the subject. This building was completed and put in operation January 3fd of this year. It was erected by this Company at a coat of |638L36 and leased to Mr. Westfall for a period of 5 years at rental of 6$ per annum on the total cost of packing house buil­ding and its equipment, and the further sum of $1.00 per annum. Mr. Westfall has agreed in writing to pay the same rate of interest on the cost of the additional improvements represented by the enclosed form So, as is paid on the building.
