Dear Sirs: I enclose (to Mr. Clark) two letters from Mr. taxin recommending that we install some new machinery in our packinghouse at Ontario that is leased to Mr. Latimer, and take the meachinery that is now in that house and install it in the West Riverside house which is leased to the Sutherland Fruit Company. This will involve an expenditure of about tb,000,00 for the new machinery and probably an expense of #200.00 to #300.00 for moving the old-machinery from Ontario to the ^eat Riverside house, but inasmuch as Mr. Latimer is willing to buy the new machinery from ns and pay twenty per cent of ittifc. coat down and pay interest *• IjL ? ..;•.:? ?': t-H'-v ? lip;-' •'' u^V-: ; d:\kjgSft.jy : on the deferred payments, I recommend that we make this arrangement, l|ip| *' „ A •?•’ ?: as I bdhsider it very desirable to have;the tenants in these packinghouses have a substantial financiaiptnterest in them.
