Colins Company at Hartvilie, amounting to f§973,191 to be rented to the Colling Company on a basis of 6% of the cost of the building and 10^ of the cost of the machinery, with an option to pur­chase same at any time during the life of the lease, which is to run for ten years. It will be noted from the attached file that it was necessary to stake immediate action in this matter, in order that the warehouse might be available for this seasons use, and that I instructed Mr. Cullen to proceed with the work and submit Form 30, as soon as practicable. However, I inadvertently over looked advising you in the matter at the time. Yours truly,
