Los Ahgsles, Cal,, Oct. 13, 1916 Pile B-8-79 Mr. Ho Go Nutt, General Manager, Dear Sir: Your favor 10th, and returning Mr. Clark's letter: While the cleaner for tne warehouse at Hartville has not yet been installed, we have not leet much business on this account. There are two cars of beans in the warehouse now ready for shipment as soon as market conditions are favorable. There are approximately 500 acres of beans on the ground which may or may not be fit to ship, the rain having played havoc with tne crop which was planted late. Had conditions been favorable I do not think our estimate was overdrawn. There should be fifteen or twenty cars of tomatoes also packed in this house, providing weather conditions improve. Yours truly, (Signed) T. M, Slaan GH
