If this city is built near the magnesium plant instead of adjacent to Las Vegas YOU TAXPAYERS AND BUSINESS MEN will have to pay for its maintenance as it will be TAX FREE! i.If this new city is constructed adjacent to Las Vegas the gov­ernment will probably provide money for the WATER SYS­TEM FROM LAKE MEAD, SEWER SYSTEM AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT. This alone will save YOU TAXPAYERS AND BUSINESS MEN close to a MILLION DOLLARS! A movement is' definitely under way to by-pass|Las Vegas by building the new city close to the magnesium plant with new highway connections that will miss| Las Vegas.
