With the edict of Mayor E. W. Cragin that lawn watering shall be confined to the hours between 5 p.m. and 9 a.m., many home owners have found no pressure on the lines when everyone in town starts watering at the same time. Too much hard ivork has gone into the establishment of lawns under desert conditions to allow them to die, and most home owners are determined to save them, even tnough they see hardships ahead.
