Walter R. Bracken, vice presi­dent of the Las Vegas Land and Water company today announced the appointment of A. M. Folger as general manager. of' the .water company. Folger, who recently complet-- ed a quarter of a century service with the Union Pacific, has been connected with the local utility for the past 15 years. He is a World war I veteran, a member of the Union Pacific Old Timers and of the Rotary club. X
