Bear Sir: Your letter.February 9 advising that you have a buyer for 32 lots lying to the North of Stewart Street, las Tegas at a price of $50.00 per lot; sale to be made under contract whereby one-fourth will be paid down and the balance within one year, with interest at 7$> on deferred payments: Phe Executive Committee of the Bos Angeles & Salt lake Railroad Company, in resolution adopted March 21, assented, as stockholder of the las Tegas land & Water Co., to the sale of these lots upon the terms above mentioned, and you may arrange accordingly.
