1 \ i EXTRACT FROM MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE LOS ANGELES & SALT LAZE R. R. CO., MARCH 21, 1922. SALE OF LAND BY LAS VEGAS LAND & WATER COMPANY There was submitted a letter addressed to the Chairman of the Executive Committee by President Gray on February 21, 1922, recommending sale by the Las Vegas Land & Water Company of 22 lots lying to the north of Stewart Street in the townsite of Las Vegas, Nevada, for consideration of $50 per lot on the basis of one-fourth cash, balance within one year, with interest at 7$# The Secretary stated that the Chairman recommended approval# Vegas Land & Water Company, does hereby assent to the sale of the aforesaid lots on terms above outlined# Whereupon, on motion duly made and seconded, it was RESOLVED, that this Company, as stockholder of the Las 1 A true copy ATTEST: Secretary
