Cahlan an easement to permit construction of six-inch sewer line on Railroad Company*s right of way which sewer will serve Mr. Cahlan*s property fronting on Main Street, Las Vegas, Sevada: This has now been approved, and I am enclos- % lng herewith "Original for Mr. Cahlan" of Easement from LAAsSL-UPRRCo1 s to A. E. Cahlan, dated April Ik, 1951# CD Mo. 37610, granting the latter right to construct, maintain and operate sewer line on l^-foot strip of land extending a distance of i|.Q3«33 feet along outer edge of railroad right of way.
