Los Angeles, May 4, 1951 7334 Mr. W. H. Johnson - Las Vegas Under Register No. 745714 on April 12, 1951* I sent you letter agreement entitling Mr. Cahlan to take advance possession of Railroad property on which easement is to be granted him for construction of sanitary sewer with request that you have Mr. Cahlan execute the letter agreement and return the Railroad Company’s original to me. This has not yet been received. Will you please follow up and have this returned to me promptly, bearing Mr. Cahlan's signature. Am enclosing herewith for execution on behalf of Mr. Cahlan and return to me duplicate originals of said proposed Easement. A. C. Ritter
