Note fourth paragraph of Mr, Cahlan's letter, X would like authority to close the sale of this property as requested in Mr, C&hlan’s letter for the price of ISO© per acre and that portion fronting cm North Main Street which is now occupied hy Imnk yard at the rate of $700 per acre, these gentlemen are very anxious to obtain portion of this ground at once as they anticipate beautifying the same which is lying directly south ft the new Biltmore Addition, and will add much to the looks of this addition and that part of the city.
