My dear Walter I enclose you herewith deed to he executed hy Peter Buol and Lorena Y, Buol, his wife, running to this company covering the same property conveyed hy them to the Tonopah & | Tidewater Railroad Company, which company later conveyed the same to this company. You will note I have stated in the deed this document is given to correct error in deed from grantees to the T.& T.Co., dated May 29, 1905, and recorded in Book ”Y" Real Estate Deeds, at Page 401, Lincoln County, levada, records, in which the property intended thereby to he conveyed was er­roneously described. Will you please have Mr.Buol and his wife execute this document and after same has been done, return to me. With personal regards, Yours very truly, Enclosure.
