This affidavit has been made by Mr, M.M.Riley, a resident of Las Vegas for the past twenty-four years, and in no way connected with the Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad, nor the Las Vegas Land & Water Company, You will note that in addition to having made separate affidavit covering each lot sale, we have stated that the March 1, 1913 value of these 5-room houses was $1900,00 - plus the value of the two lots (25-ft)(on which each of the 5-room houses is located,) at $142,00 each,'making a total valuation of the 5-room houses as of March 1, 1913, of $2184.00.
