M, Gpry! •Referring to your letter September 8 with which you transmitted notice from State Engineer re­garding requirement to' file on or before September 29 “Proof of Application of Mater to Beneficial Use" in connection with applications 10867-10870, whloh cover Wells Sloe, 7, 8, 9 and lo* I return herewith the notice, dated September 3, and also the forms which have been filled out, signed and notarised* Carbon copies are attached for your file. In transmitting these to the State Engineer (which should be done in order to reach him by Septem­ber 29), will you kindly remind him that we filed with hi8 office the original tracing prepared by and sworn to by State Water-Right Surveyor S. 0, Rathbun, under d^te of October 27* 19^* showing points of diversion and location of usage; and ask him if this will serve the purpose. Since that time there has, of course, been no change in the point of diversion; however, since completion of the new reservoir (Reser­voir #2) on Charleston Boulevard, we ih&ve trained the production of Wells 9 and 10 into the new reservoir and have taken up the old transmission main between Wells 10, 9 and 8 that formerly led to the old resort voir.
