Dear Sir: I have your letter of October twenty-second, enclosing bill of lading for water meter shipt you by the national Meter Company, I gave these parties permission to ship a meter to Las Vegas for trial. Please see Mr,Worrell, and if this meter can be put on the service pipe going to the electric light company’s plant, have him use it on their service. If, however, their service pipe is too large and you think that the pipe cannot be reduced so as to handle the water thru a 5/8 inch meter, please advise me and I will have another meter of larger size sent out. Yours truly Vice President & Auditor.
