M. of W., advises that he expects to let the contract complete for both digging and easing to Olaapett 4 Go., of Loa Ahgeleo, Calif. It might 'he that if Olaiapett & Co., could get eontract for tha digging of two wells, both the R,H, Co. and. the P.F.E. & Co. could save money on the proposition. I had a talk with your Mr, Flemming yesterday and"he is very much in favor of having the well you contemplate digging, lot by contract the earn© m the Railroad Company are doing.
