COPY Contract #iJf IT IS HEREBY MUTUALLY AGREED this 30th day of March., L. A, & S. | R. R. Co. 1929, that in consideration of the advantages to he derived there­from, the term of that certain agreement made and entered into by and between LOS ANGELES & SALT LAKE RAILROAD COMPANY and LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY on March 22, 1921, Contract audit No. 2850-a, and including the 30th day of September, 1929, in so far as said con­that the term of said contract shall be and the same is hereby extended from September 30, 1928 to and including March 31, 1929, in so far as said contract applies to the furnishing of water thereunder, it being understood that said contract for the extensions aforesaid shall re­main in full force and effect, subject to all of the covenants and conditions contained thereon, determinable, nevertheless, at any time shall be and the same is hereby extended from September 30, 1928 to tract applies to the furnishing of electric energy thereunder, and prior thereto as in Section 7 of said agreement provided Witness: (sgd) J.
