C* Barry: Tour memorandum June 11th, file B 2-2, in regard to rental charge to be made against the Las ¥egas Land and Water Company at Las Vegas for water: rental rate should not be made effective until the new rate schedule for consumers was adopted on July 1st* However, as it is sqt understanding it has been past practice to base rental charge for current year on statement of Valuation and Expenses as of December 31st of the preceding year, it will be satisfactory to make the new rental rate, or #1443.58 per month, effective January 1st* It was our thought that the increase in W.
