Knickerbockers Regarding Las Vegas waters Contract Audit 7322, of March 30* 1929, between Railroad Company and LVL&WCo., grants easement to LVL&WCo. to convey its water through Railroad pipe lines and facilities to connection with LVL&WCo‘s pipe line. costs made up by adding all items of expense of maintaining and operating railroad-owned water facilities jointly used, plus carrying oharges consisting of interest, taxes and depreciation. These costs are allocated on basis of relative use, and each year I make analysis of records and determine monthly charge to LVL&WCo as follows: Water used during 193*1 By R. R. Co. and P. F. E.
