M ther of these men would be a great help to me here, not only in Las Vegas Land and later %aipasy business but more so in connection with railroad matters; but on ac­count of Henderson’s wide acquaintance and years of prac­tice I would much prefer hia appointment, if it is possible, over that of Lari.
