Second Street, Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: Attn: Mr. Johnson Referring to your letter under date of August 6, with reference to refrigeration in the El Portal Theatre. For your information the 50 ton plant in the theatre has been in use since 1931. We recently installed two 5 ton units hooked to a common tower for use in connection with the offices in the theatre building and the offices along side the theatre. Each unit is separately controlled and is in use only when the offices are being used. We use the 50 ton unit from May 15th to September 15th and no doubt will use these new units approximately the same length of time. The two 5 ton units were installed the 1st of July this year.
