The Contractors will be allowed access to its facil­ities on Government premises and it shall, at its expense, remove and restore the premises to original condition within a reason- Terms time after termination of this contract. Section III - Change of Rate Schedules and Rates The Government may upon request, in accordance with the Con­tractor* s applicable rules and regulations, take service under any available rate schedule of the Contractor. Suggested Certification to be shown on Monthly Bills I certify that the above bill is correct and just; that pay­ment therefore has not been received; that all statutory require­ments as to American Production and Labor Standards, and all con­ditions of purchase applicable to the transactions have been com­plied with.
