Bracken: I enclose herewith form of admendment and supplement to schedule of rates, making a new rate for eooling water for refrigerating machines where water, after passing through machine, is discharged into sewer or otherwise wasted, and also creating a rate for water for roof cooling purposes. This schedule should be executed by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, through its Vice President, and attested by its Secretary, and should be filed in duplicate with the Public Service Commission of Nevada. I enclose herewith a notice in the form of a letter addressed to the Commission, together with several copies thereof, which should also be executed and sent to the Commission with the amended schedule* Very truly yours, Leo A.
