M. jrapUflaBfc. improvements consisted of; "Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 472 feet and installing therein 280.22 feet of 13 3/8 inoh and 216.61 feet of 10 3/4 inch steel lapweld easing; cementing in top casing; also 70.3 feet of 10 inch oast iron pipe fro® top of well to pipe connecting with settling basin* and were made at point of diversion.* •Said improvements were begun prior to April 10* 1943 and were completed prior to April 15* 1943.* Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit Ho. 10869) does not contain statement o f cost o f improvements.
