Russell, I beg to advise that survey has been made and we have the exact descrip­tion of the ground as per attached letter from the Chief Engi­neer’s office and if you will kindly have an agreement drawn for this land in favor of John L. Russell, land to sell for $100.00 per acre, one-fourth cash on delivery of agreement and the balance within a year at 6% interest sending agreement to me for signature and delivery, I will make collection on same. las Vegas, Nev., Yours truly, Agent.
