Dear Sir: I am in receipt of your wire wherein you advise you will be able to go through with deal for acreage, making a cash payment of $1000.00. Our requirements as established by the Company, in sale of any property is one-fourth down with agreement covering the balanoe at interest rate of 1% and I doubt very muoh if this aoreage could be disposed of under any other terms. Will you kindly advise if you will be able to handle this aoreage which, as per survey, amounts to 92.36 acres. Kindly let me have your reply to this as soon as convenient.
