Las Yagas, .Nevada, November 23, 1922. Ur. C. P. Smith, Ass't to Gen. Mgr., Los Angeles & Salt Lake B. B. Co., Los Angeles, California. Sear Sir: Referring to your letter under date of November 18th to Charles Adams, requesting deed to proposed ground to be sold to John Russell, a copy of which was sent to me. I beg to advise that, as per Russell's request, we are to sell this ground under agreement, with a cash payment of $1,000.00 and the balance to run for one year at t%. However, before this agreement is drawn up, I would like to submit to Mr. Calvin, a blue-print of this ground as prepared In the Engineer's office: also, Mr. Russell's request in writing concerning sale of same. This 1 promised Ur. Calvin X would do when last talking with him concerning this matter in Los Angeles, some weeks ago. Will you kindly have Mr. Payme forward me two or three blue prints and I will take the matter up immediately with Mr. Calvin. Yours truly, B/H Vice-President & Agent.
