District agrees to remove (a) Pipe line between points KK and LL. Comment As substitute line must be provided before this line is removed, suggest this subparagraph be eliminated from Section 1 and incorporated in Sections 2 and 3* (b) Pipe line between points XI and JJ. Comment ” Recently there has been some public demand that County acquire new site and construct modern home for indigents, in which event present site would be available for industrial purposes. To permit orderly development the portion of the 8" line between points II and Q, should be removed and reconstructed along the southerly prolonga­tion of H Street from Point Q, to connection with line bet­ween points K and TT, This location is preferable to the line indicated between points TT and SS as there is no line in Bonanza Road at Point SS, Likewise this subparagraph should be eliminated from Section 1 and incorporated in Sections 2 and 3« (c) and (d) Power Lines, Comment In addition to removal of power lines referred to .in subparagraphs (c) and (d), the power line from point FF to pump station at HH, which is to be relocated, should be removed. In addition to the above, I suggest the following: /^<T. An additional subparagraph be added requiring removal of the pipe line extending easterly from the pumping plant at HH to connection with the water line extending southerly along center ^ lines of section 33 from point R through point FF. < 2, Provision that in event of failure of District to remove facilities referred to in this Section 1, that Railroad Company may remove at District ex- / pense.
