Section 9« The Union Pacific agrees that on or prior to the sale date it will grant to the District,by separate doc­uments, an easement or easements fifteen (15) feet in width,ex-cept as hereinafter noted, forV pipe linesAin the following lo-cations shown in solid red line on said Exhibit^nAtt; (a) Between points S, T and U; (b) Between points D and MM; (c) Between points, E, F and G; (d) Between points F and Iyand H and J; (e) Between points K and M; 20 feet in width; (f) Between points L and O^and N and P; (g) Between points JJ and Q; (h) Between points R and Z; (i) Between points SS and TT. Section 10. Union Pacific hereby grants to the Dis­trict, effective upon the sale date, license and permission to maintain the pipe lines and pole lines indicated in broken black and white lines, broken black and red lines and broken black and green lines on said Exhibit nAtt pending the removal of said pipe lines and pole lines in the manner and within the periods herein set forth, and while said pipe lines and pole lines remain upon the property of Union Pacific, to use strips of land seven and one-half (7|) feet in width on each side of the center line of said pipe lines and pole lines, for access to said lines, for the purpose of enabling the District to maintain7the same. The license and permission herein granted shall be subject to the right of Union Pacific to construct roads, highways, pipe lines, and wire lines over and across said strips, and to use its prop­erty for any purpose whatsoever which will not unreasonably in­terfere with the use of said pipe lines and power lines by the District during the period during which the District shall have the right to maintain said lines upon the property of Union Pa­cific. 7.
