Adamson) Referring to your comment contained in your let­ter to me of March 25th concerning "fire wagon and e- quipment " shown on page 14, line 22, of proposed a- greement with the District as being carried on the books of the LVL&W at $167.55* Mr. Sutton now advises that this reference is incorrect and further that ”Amount of $176.55 refers to Work Order LA 1080 Year 1912 and covers oil wagon with sprinkler, sprinkler head and miscellaneous tools which are Included in Investment Account Work Shop and Equipment Nevada. If not presently in ex­istence please advise and 1 will arrange for retire­ment from accounts. Will you please advise Mr. Sutton with a copy to me if the equipment mentioned by him is In existence so that he can determine whether it is necessary to retire it from the accounts. E. E.
