Said pipe lines constructed along and across the property of the Union Pacific shall be constructed in accordance with good engineering practice, and the top of said pipe lines shall be at least three (3) feet below the surface of the ground* (b) Remove from the premises of the Union Pacific the 24-inch cast iron pipe line between points marked A and 1, the 16-inch transit© and cast iron pipe line between points marked A and K, and the pipe line between points marked R and HH shown in broken red and black lines on said Exhibit wA-ltt and restore the surface of the lands to the condition existing prior to such removal. (c) Remove the pumping station now located at point HH. The District shall have the right to relocate said pumping station in a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit ’’A-l” near point R.
