In either event thi contract price thereof plus 1Q£ for supervision shall be considered as the cost to Ufcion Pacific of constructing said new pipe line fa­cilities and pumping station and removing said existing pipe lines. Section 5% Hi -the event the pumping station referred to in subparagraph (c) of Sections 2and 3 hereof shall be relocated as therein provided, Union Pacific agrees to grant to the District by separate instrument a parcel of land approximately 5,000 square feel in area,, as a site for said relocated pumping station, shown by green square- near point R on Exhibit nA—1H, said grant to be subject to reversion to the grantor, its successor® or assigns, when the Dictrl< its successors or assigns, shall cease to use said land as a site fc: a pumping station.
