V the lands referred to in subparagraph (a) of Section 1 hereof containing a covenant in the form set forth in Exhibit "B" restricting the drilling of water wells u p ­on the lands described in said covenant which are bur­dened by said covenant. Section 5 . After the sale date the following work shall be performed: (a) The construction of a 39-inch reinforced con­crete or concrete cylinder pipe line in location shown by broken red and white line between points marked A and V and V and K on said Exhibit "A" connecting with exist­ing 24-inch cast iron pipe line and l6 -ineh transite pipe line at point marked A. (b) The construction of a 24-inch cast iron or con­crete lined and coated steel pipe line in location shown in broken red and white lines between points marked K and E on Exhibit "A" c.onnecting at point K with the pipe line referred to in subparagraph (a) of this section and at point E with existing 24-inch cast iron pipe line. (c) The construction of an 8 -inch cast iron pipe line in location shown by broken red and white lines b e ­tween points marked Y and D on Exhibit "A" connecting at point Y with the pipe line referred to in subparagraph (a) of this Section 5 and at point D with existing 8 -inch cast iron pipe line. (d) The relocation of the pumping station now lo­cated at point HH to a new location shown in solid green square on Exhibit "A" near point R. (e) Construction of a l4-inch cast iron or concrete lined and coated steel pipe line in location shown by red line between points marked S, T and U on Exhibit nA" and extending to a connection with existing 1 2 -inch cast iron pipe line near point marked S and to a connection with existing 12-inch cast iron pipe line in Bonanza Road near point marked U on Exhibit "A". (f) The construction of a 6 -ineh cast iron pipe line shown by solid red line between points marked J and 00 on Exhibit nA" if said pipe line shall not have al­ready been constructed. 1 5 .
