Reinhardt: I hand you herewith copy of the proposed official statement respecting the Las Vegas Valley Water District bond issue which is to be printed up as a prospectus. There are certain matters still to be inserted* especially with respect to maturity dates of bonds* some exhibits* etc., but otherwise I think it is pretty well in final form.
