June 21, 1934 80-11 Las Vegas Valley Water District 135 South Fourth Street Las Vegas* Nevada Gentlemen) I have a copy of letter dated June 16* 195** * to you from 0*Melveny & Myers approving the form of agree­ment between the Las Vegas Land and Water Company and the District* assigning to the District as of the sale date* for collection only, the uncollected charges for water service for refrigeration machines* etc. w ill authorise the execution of this agreement* 1 am enclosing duplicate originals and one extra copy of agreement dated June 21* 195*1* which has been executed on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company. When the agreement has been executed by the District* w ill you please return one of the executed originals to me. I f the District does not desire to enter into this agreement* please return both originals which have been executed by Mr. Reinhardt on behalf of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company.
