The Water Bond sale broke open a new avenue of investment — and a large one. Further and continued borrowing on bond issues is going to be necessary in Southern Nevada — because of the tremendous growth. The successful Water Bond sale in such large amount, gives assurance that there will be a future mar­ket from year to year for these oncomine issues.
