This letter and the enclosed-documents will be delivered to you by Mr. Calvin Cory on June 21st, 1954. Will you please re­ceipt for this letter and the enclosed documents on the additional copy of this letter which will be handed to you at that time, and return the receipt to Mr. Cory. Will you also promptly advise the Las Vegas Valley Water District and its attorneys, Mr. Franklin Hamilton and Mr. Leo McNamee, of the receipt by you of the Escrow Instructions and the enclosed documents. I am sending a copy of this letter and the enclosed Escrow Instructions to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, and to its attorneys above named, with the request that the District promptly execute the three originals of the Escrow Instructions which are handed you herewith.
