H. Bailey in approving the aforementioned Work Order Authority be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. The following Work Order Authority for retirement of property, approved by the President, was submitted for ratification: W. 0. 57, issued July 31, 1968 covering retirement of refrigeration equipment in warehouse leased to Sears, Roebuck and Company, at Vernon, California, removal effected as of June 1, 1968 account of equipment obsolete and Lessee requested removal at Industry's expense. -9-
