LAS VEGAS LAND AMD WATER COMPANY I ? * \ RESOLUTION Southern California Gas Company * “ ^ CLD 16071 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill and Secretary D. E. Clark, in executing license agreement C. L. D. No. 16071, dated July 30, 1968 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Southern California Gas Company covering construction, maintenance and operation of a gas pipeline in the vicinity of Mile Post 17.8 in the Dominguez Area, Los Angeles County, California; license shall be effective as of May 20, 1968 at rental of $25.00 for a term of five years, terminable on thirty days notice in writing; Gas Company shall indemnify and hold harmless Land Company; that the Gas Company*s use of Land Company*s land is subject and subordinate to prior rights of the General Exploration Company to use area and premises for oil drilling purposes and other oil operations; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed. .
