Bailey in executing C.L.D. No. 15843-2, dated October 17, 1967, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California in connection with Industry Private Con­tract No. 126 in Tract No. 3139, statement as to a full and complete list of all abutting properties which have contrib­uted to the cost of construction of the sewer system con­structed under Industry Private Contract No. 126, description being all property fronting on said sewer; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President J. W. Godfrey in executing Industry Track Contract C.L.D, No. 15812, dated October 12, 1967 between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and its Lessee, Union Pacific Railroad Com­pany, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, and FMC Corporation, a Delaware corporation, covering maintenance, operation and ownership of industry spur track at City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, and that in connection with oper­ation of industry track, FMC Corporation is granted license and permission to construct and thereafter maintain and operate gates across said track, in a manner satisfactory to the Rail­road Company; that Railroad Company will be indemnified and - 2-
