How in executing C. L. D. Ho. 15843-1, Offer of Dedication to City of Industry, California, declaring that the sanitary sewers and appurte­nant structures constructed under Industry Private Contract Ho, 126 in accordance with the plans filed in the office of the City Engineer, are built for public use and that upon their acceptance by the City of Industry, all right, title and interest of Las Vegas Land and Hater Company in and to said sewers shall vest in said City; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
