1 LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION City of Industry 2-1587 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President L.li. Bailey In executing C.L.D. No, 15843-2, dated October 17, 1967, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California in connection with Industry P. C, No. 126 in Tract No. 3139, statement as to a full and complete list of ail abutting properties which have contributed to the cost of construction of the sewer system constructed under Industry Private Contract No. 126, description being all property fronting on said sewer, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
