\ Company’s warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery and materials, work to be performed to satis­faction of Land Company for a total sum of $18,323.90, work to be completed within thirty (30) days from date of agreement and contractor to guarantee its work for a period of two (2) years; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T.E.Hammill in executing letter agreement C.L.D. No. 15944, dated January 10, 1968 with Williams Waterproofing & Painting Co., covering proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, equipment and all other items as required to paint the exterior of the Land Company’s warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of Land Company for a lump sum of $4,709.00, agreement effective December 28, 1967, work to be completed within sixty (60) days; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -4-
