V The following Work Order Authority, for expenditure request, approved by the President, was submitted for ratifica­tion: W. 0. 52, A.F.E. No. 1, issued February 29, 1968, Authority for Expenditure to cover final engineering services identified as Phase V-A work for development of that part of the Dominguez Industrial District designated Development Tract "An, consisting of Parcels Nos. 1 and 2, an area of approximately 133.45 acres; required to obtain final engineering plans and specifications together with quantities and cost estimates for construction of streets, storm drains, sanitary sewers and utilities re­quired for development of the northerly portion of Dominguez Industrial District. Total estimated expenditure $43,000.00 Estimated cost of additional property chargeable to land and public improvements - Long Beach, Calif. $43,000.00 Appropriated for expenditure during calendar year 1968 $43,000.00 RESOLVED, that the action of President E.
