Clark In executing agree­ment C.L.D. No. 15933. dated January 2, 1968, with Williams Waterproofing & Painting Co., covering replacement of the roof and four rotary vents, of Land Company's warehouse at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, Los Angeles County, California, contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machinery and materials, work to be performed to satisfaction of L*nd Company for a total sum of *18,323.90, work to be completed within thirty (30) days from date of agreement end contractor to guarantee Its work for a period of two (2) years; be, and the same Is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
