to give Grantor not less than seventy-two (72) hours notice, stating exact time for commencement and nature of work to be performed, emergency repairs excepted; Grantor shall be reim­bursed for any costs incurred relative to relocation, recon­struction or removal of gas mains and appurtenances; Grantees shall indemnify and save harmless Land Company; discontinuance of use or abandonment for a continuous period of one year, shall cause easement to cease and Grantor shall resume exclusive possession of said land, or any part thereof; Land Company shall be given fifteen (15) days advance notice relative to any con­struction or maintenance work on any mains, within twenty (20) feet of any railroad tracks or appurtenances, allowing Land Company inspection rights and suggestions in connection there­with; emergency repairs and routine maintenance services excepted, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed# Adopted
