RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing Co L® D„ 15711-4, dated September 15, 1966, Letter of Participation with City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, Industry P. C. No. 114, vacated Sixth Avenue in Tract No. 1343; statement as to a full and complete list of all abutting properties of Las Vegas Land and Water Company which have contributed to the cost of construction of the sewer system constructed under Industry Private Contract No. 114, description being all property fronting said sewer along easterly side of Sixth Avenue, Lot 1, Block 34, and Lot 1, Block 35 of Tract 1343, recorded in Book 20, pages 10 and 11 of Maps, of Los Angeles County Recorders Office, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Godfrey in exe­cuting C. L. D. 13306-1, effective April 1, 1967 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Vallecito Water Company, being amendment to Refund Agreement relating to the deposit made by Land Company with Vallecito Water Company in the sum of $37,208.23 for the purpose of installing certain water facilities to the property described as Tract No. 1343, City of Industry, Los Angeles County, California, original agreement amended to contain the following provision: ^Notwithstanding any other provisions hereof, any unrefunded balance remaining at the termination date of this contract shall be paid in five (5) equal annual installments beginning one year after said termination date.” -3-
